Ever felt tired of your plain old everyday sandals or flip-flops?
That's how one of my good friends Alicia felt this weekend. She took her sandals, bought some butterflies and ribbon and re-designed her sandals.
When I saw her this morning at the college telling me what she did with her shoes, I just had to share it with all my readers!
This is a very simple DIY that anyone can do.
What you will need:
- Sandals/Flip-Flops
Glue Gun
- Small, thin ribbon
- Butterfly Charms
Step 1:
Take your glue-gun and a butterfly
Step 2:
Immediately after you put the glue on to the desired spot, place the butterfly in desired position.
Step 3:
After you placed and glued all the butterflies on the strap of shoe, you can thread a small thin ribbon (any colour of your desire) through the butterflies.
Step 4:
Wait for it to set in position & there you have it!
